Laser Vago - basis: 29/07/2024 until 02/08/2024

After gaining the necessary experience on the Spaarbekken, our young sailors go out to sea. In addition to assembling, launching and manoeuvring the boat as a team, the youngsters learn how to deal with currents, what to do in the event of a capsize, what to do about hypothermia, etc., under the supervision of certified instructors who follow them out to sea in a motor boat. The courses at sea take place at the Sailing Academy in Kromme Hoek, every day of the week between 9 am and 5 pm. Students must be at least 16 years old. The student must weigh at least 40kg and be 1.40m tall. The Optimist, Caravelle or RS Feva Basis certificate must of course have been obtained.

The price includes a bread meal with soup.

We end the sailing week with a prize-giving ceremony in our clubhouse in Kromme Hoek, Nieuwpoort. As a (grand)parent you are cordially invited.
